I started Philly Labor You Can Trust with one goal: to make it easy to trust a contractor again.
With over 7 years of property management experience, I know exactly what customers expect—clear communication, respectful crews, and work that gets done the right way, not just the fastest way. I’ve spent years in property maintenance, and I was often assigned unit turns because of my attention to detail, high-quality finish work, and personable customer service.
On top of that, I’ve worked under a master plumber and HVAC technician, giving me a deeper understanding of what’s happening behind the walls, above the ceilings, and in the systems that keep a home safe and comfortable.
Jon and I both share a real passion for helping people, and we treat every home like it’s our own. In this business, trust is everything. We work hard to earn it on day one—and keep it on every project after that. Jon brings real, boots-on-the-ground experience to Philly Labor You Can Trust. He has fully managed 22 student housing units near Temple University, spread across 11 buildings and 77 beds. That includes weekly maintenance, block cleanups, scheduled preventive maintenance, safety improvements, and tenant-proofing to protect both the property and the owner’s investment.
He’s also been on hundreds of home inspections, which gives him a sharp eye for the small details that turn into big problems if they’re missed. For international investors purchasing remotely, Jon has thoroughly documented showings and virtual walkthroughs, helping them make confident decisions from thousands of miles away.
Before that, Jon spent several years working under a master plumber and HVAC installer, and he grew up helping his father with renovations on weekends. That mix of hands-on trade work, property management, and investor-focused service makes him the guy you want overseeing your project – someone who understands how a home should look, feel, and function long after the job is “finished.”
